When we talk about ’us’, ’our’ or ’we’, it means Internal Audit & Risk Jobs. The words ’you’ or ’your’ means you, a visitor or user of the website. When we say “Internal Audit & Risk Jobs”, “website” or “job board” we mean any product or service offered or maintained on https://jobs.iia.org.uk/, whether delivered within a web browser, desktop application, mobile application, or another format.

Internal Audit & Risk Jobs is managed by b2b partnerships Ltd. whose registered office is: 6th Floor, Charles House, 108-110 Finchley Road, London NW3 5JJ.

By using the website you accept these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time. It you do not agree, your remedy is to stop using the website.

General Terms

You acknowledge that this website is available and intended for job seekers, employers and recruiters to use in relation to job searching and job fulfilment, in the internal audit and risk industry. Registering or using this website does not impact your Chartered IIA membership in any way.

  • User Account Terms – You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. That includes content posted by others who either: (a) have access to your login credentials; or (b) have their own logins under your account. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
  • Fees, Payment and Refunds Terms – Prices for our services are listed on our Post a Job page. These are subject to change. All fees listed are exclusive of VAT - this amount will be applied at the payment stage of the purchase. For paid services such as purchasing job adverts, you need to pay in advance by card online or be an established customer that we invoice. You can cancel your order and a refund can be applied if the job advert has not been posted. The amount refunded will be less any payment processing fees incurred for the original purchase and the refund payment. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to request a refund.
  • Promotion Terms – We can cancel your order if we don't believe the promotional code applied is valid for the product or service purchased, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. All promotions are non-refundable.

Rights to Content

By using the website, you may post directly and/or provide to us content that may be viewable by others, including but not limited to job advertisements, company information, logos, trademarks, comments, questions or other information (“Content”). You represent and warrant that you have the rights, power and authority necessary to post Content on the website and that you will not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party in doing so. You agree that you shall be responsible for ensuring that any Content you upload to the website:

  • Complies with applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to anti-discrimination, labour and employment, equal employment opportunities, employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property.
  • Does not contain any job requirement or criterion that discriminates on the basis of national origin or any other protected class or is otherwise not an actual and legitimate requirement for the job.
  • Does not require citizenship of any particular country or lawful permanent residence in a country as a condition of employment, unless otherwise required in order to comply with applicable law, legal order, or government contract, such as right to work legislation.
  • Represents a real and current employment opportunity.
  • Does not contain personal information.
  • Does not contain the names, logos or trademarks of persons or companies unaffiliated with you.
  • Does not contain outdated, inaccurate, false, or misleading information.
  • Does not contain content or links to content that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
  • Does not sell, promote or advertise any products or services.
  • Does not contain any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an upfront or periodic payment, pays commissions only (except for postings that make clear that the available job pays commission only and clearly describes the product and/or service that the customer would be selling, in which case such advertisements are permissible), or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.

Third Party Promotion

By posting Content to the website you hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content in connection with our services. This license will exist for the period during which the Content is posted on the website and will automatically terminate upon the removal of the Content from the website. The license granted to us includes the right to use your Content fully or partially for promotional reasons and to distribute and redistribute your Content to other parties, websites, applications, and other entities in connection with our services.

Restricted Use Policy

  • Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which we proscribe.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer.

Material uploaded to any part of our website may be subject to stated limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for complying with those limitations if you download the materials.

Uptime, Security and Privacy

Your use of the website is at your sole risk. We provide the website on an “as is” and “as available” basis — but we take uptime of the website seriously. We take measures to protect and secure your data through backups, redundancies and encryption.

When you use our services, you entrust us with your data. We take that seriously. You agree that we may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purpose. We can access your data for the following reasons:

  • To help you with support requests you make.
  • To safeguard Internal Audit & Risk Jobs. We'll look at logs and metadata as part of our work to ensure the security of your data and the website as a whole. If necessary, we may also access accounts as part of an abuse report investigation.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. You agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notice from materials downloaded from this site or any site accessible through this site.

All trademarks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Your use of this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

We will not be liable to you or any other person or entity for any damages whatsoever, directly or indirectly, arising as a result of your use of this website in any way.
